  2. The Most Important Commandment Ansin d’éirigh muinteoir dlí ina seasamh. Bhí se ag iarraidh Íosa a thástáil.

  3. “A Mhaistir, cad a chaithfidh mé a dhéanamh chun go mbeidh an bheatha shíoraí agam?”  “Ceard atá scríofa sa dlí?” a dúirt Íosa. “Cad a léann tú ann?”

  4.  D’freagair an fear agus dúirt, ‘Tabhair grá don Tiarna do Dhia ó do chroí go hiomlán, ó d’anam go hiomláin, ó do neart go hiomláin agus ó d’aigne go hiomlán.’ .

  5. ‘Chomh maith leiss sin, caithfidh tú grá a thabhairt do do chomharsa mar a ghránn tú thú féin.

  6. “Dúirt Íosa leis, ‘Thug tú an freagra ceart. Déan é sin agus beidh an bheatha shíoraí agat. Déan é sin agus beidh an bheatha shíoraí agat”
