    • 2 Level I Special Modules completed
    • 18 Level II General Modules completed
    • 4 Level II Special Modules completed
    • One of the Level I General modules must be 31011 Basic Metric Units and Conversions

These modules must be completed in their entirety in order to qualify for NICET level III.

All of them can be used for general level II requirements.

In order to get the most time, be sure to sign up for Level III core elements if you need to fill out your 34 requirements.

Be sure to apply for any math modules as these provide the most time.

  • Our test facility code is CO87
  • We are attempting to set the test for August 20, 2005 here at the Ludvik Office.
  • Fill out applications and bring them back to the third class along with a check for $180.00.
    • We will not accept applications prior to the third class.

  • DO NOT SUBMIT A WORK HISTORY WITH YOUR APPLICATION
  • Be sure to apply for the maximum number of modules to ensure the most time on the test
    • Use Level III modules
    • Be sure to take Intermediate Math but do not worry about passing it. This gives the most time.

  • Be sure to have your direct supervisor fill out the appropriate parts of the form and initial the modules you are applying for.
  • Be sure to NOT apply to take modules you have already passed.
    • NICET will give you the test and use the latest score only if you do.

    • Sections shall be numbered consecutively by adding a period (.) and an Arabic number after the chapter number.
