INTRODUCTION • What is an Internet Banking System? • It offers easy and instant access for making financial transactions from any device (e.g. PC, Laptop, Mobile phone) connected to the Internet. • It also has 24 hour availability • In the past time, you have to visit the bank and may need to wait to request a financial transaction or statement.

  7. USABILITY TESTING • Number of students that tested the system : 7 • Date of usability testing : 14th november 2012 • Number of tasks : 6 • Specific questions using likert scale and open ended questions • For each function/feature, it was asked how the user experienced performing that task.
