  6. How to Start • Open Internet Explorer • Type http://Citrix.usawest.org in the address bar • Type your User Name : first name.last name • Type your password: ( your windows password) • Type the domain: USW

  15. Reports • A. Depreciated Items • This report shows each item in the selected Room. • B. Review Inspections • This report will provide a listing of all inspections to date. You may select “All Buildings”, a single Building, or a single room within a Building. • C. Inventory Listing • This report provides a list of items in every room. The information includes Room, Item name, Quantity, Purchase date, Total cost, Depreciation, and Book Value of each item.

  16. D. Inventory Checklist • This provides a report that the Inspector can take to the location. It lists all of the items which should be in the room(s). The inspector can verify Quantity, Serial Numbers, etc during the inspection.

  17. E. Item Report • This report provides a breakdown by Item. In the example below you see a report on all of the Barbeque Grills, Beds, and Beds (Double). The report shows a variety of information regarding the Cost, Depreciation, and Value of the items.

  18. F. Search for an Item • This report enables you to search for any type of item (contents) throughout the Inventory database. For example, you may search for a “Picnic Table”. The report will list all of the Buildings/Rooms where a Picnic Table exists. • G. Location Report • You will receive a complete listing of all of the items which exist in a particular Building.

  19. H. Removed from Inventory • This report will display all items which have been “Disposed”, “Lost”, “Sold”, or “Stolen”. It includes the Date Removed as well as the Last Location where the items resided.
