  2. The 589th was one of the largest Signal Companies in the US Army. It consisted Over 350 personnel US Army personnel, US Department of the Army Personnel And Local National Union and non union employees. We supported the all the Fixed IT needs of Several Commands with in the US Army’s VII Corps including It’s headquarters and the Greater Stuttgart Military Community one of the largest Military Communities outside of the United States.
