What is Scotland Performs? visual, interactive website, describing national priorities and performance on the basis of outcomes • Describes “vision” and direction – focus on strategic priorities – shared understanding of link between actions and outcomes • Tracks Scotland’s progress against the NPF and communicates that progress to the public

Scotland Performs Three key aspects • Communication - with audiences about overall delivery of the National Performance Framework • Accountability of Government and partners - for the particular aspects (eg geographical, issue specific) for which they are responsible • Performance measurement/management - partners’ contributions to progress supported by good governance
