AATC Fully Integrated Test • Work with industry to focus IRAD on documented modernization priorities • ANG provides flight testing opportunities and feedback • Systems must be mature enough to procure • Integrated approach - ANG project managers work closely with AF and vendors on procurement • ANG PMs are in place longer; lead projects from creation to fielding • Continuity builds relationships, enhances efficiency and progress 20

AATC reacted rapidly to field SLOS/BLOS for A-10s/ F-16s Answered F-16 and A-10 COCOM UON (ARC-210) First SATCOM ever in a fighter (A-10) First embedded SATCOM Antenna (F-16) Now working on 2nd ARC-210 for both A-10 and F-16 Completed testing on the F-15C for homeland alert Greatly Increased warfighter capabilities Improved wideband secure and over the horizon communication SINCGARS Imagery Transfer; CoT (Cursor on Target) / VMF AATC working on digital audio and 3-D audio Transformational SuccessImproved SLOS and BLOS Comm 21
