  2. FIRST DAY: Friday 9th May 9.00 – 12.30 • Welcoming speech and brief presentation of the GART (Groupement des Autorités Responsables de Transport www.gart.org) and its work with citizens and transport users (Yves Mathieu, Missions Publiques) • Remarks and questions

FIRST DAY: Friday 9th May 9.00 – 12.30 • Reminder of the Move Together project objectives and tasks (Carlo Sessa, ISIS) : • Presentation of the last events; • Presentation of the next steps coming (EESC conference; citizens conference in the City of Rome, etc.). • Presentation of the work expected from the European citizens by the end of the week-end (what is the document they have to produce) / after the project (follow-up of the project, 5 citizens to the Rome conference, dissemination through exhibitions tools, etc.). Remarks and questions.

  4. FIRST DAY: Friday 9th May 9.00 – 12.30 - First work on what the citizens brought to Paris from home, regarding the project and its subject (Yves Mathieu and Fanny Gleize, Missions Publiques).

  5. FIRST DAY: Friday 9th May 9.00 – 12.30 • Linda and Nuno will testify from their experience of presenting Move Together project and aim in London and Porto. • Nico Psaltidis from UITP will bring feedbacks on what happened in London and Porto and give elements about the expected stakeholders present at the EESC conference in June.

  6. FIRST DAY: Friday 9th May 9.00 – 12.30 - Work on FP6 research projects on urban mobility and the work done by the citizens (Yves Mathieu and Fanny Gleize, Missions Publiques).

  7. FIRST DAY: Friday 9th May 12.30 – 14.00 LUNCH It will be composed of tray meals (vegetarians meals, fish meals and meat meals to share).

  8. FIRST DAY: Friday 9th May 14.00 – 18.00 • Work on the Citizen Digest on research on urban mobility made from ICCR work and completed by ISIS (Niki Rodousakis, ICCR)

  9. SECOND DAY: Saturday 10th May 09.00 – 12.30 • Work on the key messages to be disseminated: • The 2 movies made by Parachute Production to be broadcasted on Euronews; • The exhibitions (the pilot exhibition and downloadable exhibition); • At the EESC conference on the 16th of June.

  10. SECOND DAY: Saturday 10th May 09.00 – 12.30 • Practical questions: • Who is going to the city of Rome conferences? • How can the European citizens follow Move Together events? • What is the programme at Brussels on the 16th of June? When and where do the citizens meet before? • Other questions?

  11. SECOND DAY: Saturday 10th May 12.30 – 14.00 LUNCH It will be composed of tray meals (vegetarians meals, fish meals and meat meals to share).

  12. SECOND DAY: Saturday 10th May 14.00 – 17.00 • Redaction by the citizens of their final declaration on awareness and appreciation of the FP7 European programme on urban mobility.
