  2. Prioritized issues currently for ECCVT • The evaluation and accreditation system of • veterinary education • Alegal base for actions against schools • not complying to the minimum standars

  3. Accreditation of veterinary education •  New SOP*adopted by all three organizations I – evaluation according to Dir 2005/36/EC • II – accreditation, quality assurance systems • Phase II requires membership of ENQA • ENQA: European Assoc. for Quality Assurance of Higher Education • * SOP = standard operating procedure
