INTRODUCTION • ELECTRONIC DRUMS ARE A TYPE OF MODERN ELECTRONIC MUSICAL INSTRUMENT THAT WAS CREATED TO REPLACE AN ACOUSTIC DRUM KIT. • IT CONSISTS OF AN ELECTRONIC SOUND MODULE THAT GENERATES SYNTHESIZED OR SAMPLED PERCUSSION SOUNDS, AS WELL AS A SET OF 'PADS,' WHICH ARE EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRONIC SENSORS (OR TRIGGERS) . • SOUND FOR THE PLAYER • THE PADS, LIKE ORDINARY DRUMS, ARE HAMMERED WITH DRUM STICKS AND PLAYED IN A SIMILAR WAY TO AN ACOUSTIC. • THAT SEND AN ELECTRONIC SIGNAL TO THE SOUND MODULE, WHICH THEN GENERATES A
