Shipper Trials Support • Information package containing Login details, URLs, support details, Timetable and expected results will be issued on Wed 28th April AM. • An initial contact help desk has been set up to operate during business hours (09:00 to 16:30) for the duration of the trials (this is live now). This will deal with queries regarding MoS and Gemini functions and will direct queries regarding faults in the Gemini system and APIs to the relevant help desk. (Initial Contact nos. are 07813 755689 & 07767 890820 • Issues raised to the help desk will be logged and details communicated to the BA community via the Web Site.   8. Shipper Trials Support continued …… • Since BAs can only view their own bid details (except for 'open' MoS, i.e. DADSEC, WDDSEC and DBSEC) bid details for all BAs will be published at the end of the day for the relevant MoSs on the Web Site. • Due to operational constraints during Shipper Trials, the operation of the Auctions is not necessarily indicative of the way they will be held in Production.
