Introduction of Gemini Pipes • Gemini pipes is one of the leading Corrugated pipes manufacturing unit situated at Jaipur Rajasthan. • These pipes are manufactured on imported production lines and according to various national and international standards. Certificates for these standards are available with TPPL.

  4. High density Plastic pipes • High density plastic pipes have an normal life of more than 50 years under ordinary functioning situation. • HDPE pipes provide simple, easy, quick and economical method of combining of pipes by fusion technique and detachable insert type joints.

  5. Double Wall Corrugated Pipes • DOUBLE WALL CORRUGATED PIPES (DWC) are being used as cable protection ducts and carry ISI mark IS 14930 part II. DWC pipes are best and economical and give far longer life (50years) compared to conventional RCC and GI pipes used for this purpose. • It is used as underground cable protection and management For Signal and Telecom, Power & Optical Fiber Cables

Single Wall Corrugated (SWC) Pipes • SINGLE WALLED CORRUGATED PIPES are being used as Sheathing Ducts for internal bonding in post tensioning of tendons in Prestressed concrete in projects such as bridges, flyovers, offshore platforms, Via ducts, tunnels, underpasses etc. • Single wall HDPE corrugated sheathing ducts Used in internal bonded post tensioning of tendons in prestressedconcrete.

Microduct Pipes • Micro Duct is a concept for the installation of fiber optic distribution networks in all types of buildings i. e. multi-storey apartment blocks, office blocks, or factory premises. • These are very small aperture HDPE ducts with Ribbed Inner wall. Micro Duct is a nonmetallic flexible raceway manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for use in underground and inner duct applications.
