  3. Michael A. Pope President and CEO Audio Video Interiors & Safety Technologies Michael Pope began in the Custom Installation industry 30 years ago. In 1990, he formed a residential Custom AV & Security Integration company that would become Audio Video Interiors & Safety Technologies. Michael’s participation on Industry Boards exemplifies his dedication to both industries. Michael is a past member on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Electronic Life Safety & Security Association (formerly O.B.F.A.A) and CEA TechHome Board of Directors. He currently Chairs the Audio Video Retailer division for CEA. Michael is a CEDIA Designer Level I and is a THX Certified Home Theater Technician.   4. How IntegratorDashboard was created In 2009, Shawn realized that many things were slipping through the cracks in his small, but growing company. Neither the company’s various software programs nor its old processes were working. He invested in Microsoft SharePoint and began sculpting it to encompass the many aspects of an integration company. What developed is IntegratorDashboard.
