  1. Monsoon season is a season full of happiness. The sheer delight of eating those piping pakodas with hot ginger tea or a plate of samosa make this season more enjoyable. However, this season is also the time when diseases, particular of the digestive system, are uncontrolled. As about 70 % of immunity lies in the intestine, hence it is very essential to take utmost care of it. Here are some immunity boosting foods that you can eat to keep yourself healthy this season!

  2. Hot Soups Vegetable and chicken soup not only helps you in losing weight but also help in keeping your immunity strong.  They hydrate your body as well as good source of protein and starch. Fight with cold and flu during this season by consuming soup regularly as they help to de-clog your nasal passages by increasing the temperature of your airways. Furthermore, they help to get rid of bad bacteria and viruses in the body.

  3. Probiotics and Fermented Food Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that are good for your digestive system and immunity.
