Monsoon is considered as a season of garma garam chai, rain drenched selfies and roasted

sweet corn. But lowered appetite, food poisoning and constipation due to tempting road-side

food is what follows next. Now either one can ignore signs of imbalanced health or practice

good health tips for monsoon season.

Ayurveda considers rainy season as time of Vata prakop. Managing imbalanced Vata,

accumulated during summer, can lead to a much better monsoon experience. So, here are a

Dos and don’ts for rainy season-


Have freshly cooked food. Include sesame seed oil (til tel) in cooking as well
