  2. Purpose, Benefits, and Key Process Steps • Purpose • In this scenario, two types of maintenance planning will be performed. They are Time-Based Maintenance Planning and Performance-Based Maintenance Planning. • Time-Based Maintenance Planning: Maintenance is performed in specific cycles for time-based maintenance planning. Different maintenance operations (Task list) are required for different cycles. This scenario describes maintenance strategy creating, strategy assignment to its task list. After the maintenance plan is created and scheduled, system will generate a separate order, with different operations, for the equipment, on a due date. • Performance-Based Maintenance Planning: we can plan regular maintenance based on counter readings maintained for measuring points at pieces of equipment and functional locations. This scenario describes using external system SCADA to collect used time. When set counter reached, maintenance plan will be created and scheduled. • Benefits • Manage different kind of maintenance planning according to different kind of equipment • Efficient equipment maintenance management • Attachment management

  3. Purpose, Benefits, and Key Process Steps Performance-Based Maintenance Planning • Create Single-Counter Maintenance Plan • Start Maintenance Plan • Set Up Deadline Monitoring for Maintenance Plans • Execute SCADA Program for Simulation • Convert Maintenance Notification to Maintenance Order • Schedule the Maintenance Order • Attachment Management • Withdraw the Material • Individual Time Confirmation • Technically Complete the Order • Settle Maintenance Order • Key Process Steps • Time-Based Maintenance Planning • Create Maintenance Strategy • Maintain General Task List • Create Maintenance Plan • Schedule Maintenance Plan • Schedule Maintenance Order • Individual Time Confirmation • Technically Complete Maintenance Order • Settle Maintenance Order
