  2. The Idea • Introduce what KY has to offer • Get to know KY people • Recruit more members to clubs, subcommittees etc. • Become a KY member

  3. Friday 6thth • 8.30-10.30 Wellness morning at school • 11.30-12.30 KY presentation (in Finnish) • 12.30-13.30 KY presentation (in English) • 13.50 Walrus Expo in KY • 17.10 Free time (Pre Party!?) • 21.00 Walrus Party in Alakertsi (KY Building)

Guidelines • In every station tell your name and group number • Let the clubs tell what is happening in every stand • Courage your group to go around every stands • CHALLENGE: find out what interests your walruses and get everyone’s name at least in one mail-list • Enjoy the day yourself as well 

  7. The most important thing: SCHEDULE!!!

  8. How to survive • Every group has its own timetable  take it with you on Friday • Start from the right station • Use the main stairs except when moving from Alakertsi to the 4thFloor (KY rep. counsil and KY foundation)

How to survive • In the Bar Bäkkäri, there is available some snack and drinks • KY-products in the Lounge! • You can buy (t-shirts, badges etc.)  tell your group to take cash with them • Alakertsi (40 min) 1. Try on overalls and find the right size (before KUJ station) 2.Overalls only for KY members!! 3. In KUJ station pay your overalls and tell your size 4. Group photography 5. Otherwise there is a lot of time to go through the stands

  10. Last tips • Obey the schedule!! Take and keep the timetables and maps with you • Courage your group to go through all stands open-minded • Take a water bottle with you • Cash for the overalls and KY-products • It’s gonna be a long and exhausting day, let’s still enjoy  • “Nothing is a waste of time if you use the experience wisely.”- Rodin
