Responsibilities • President of the IAW_2013: Is responsible for heading and all the activities. • Head of Service team: • Responsible for arranging all the required services • Booking rooms • Booking sport venues • Arranging tea, Coffee, food, etc.. • Arranging Prayer Matts (if required). • Head of media: is responsible for: • Book and arrange all the media requirement • Provide coverage for Filming. • Provide coverage for Photography. • Arrange for TV Screens, Projectors, Microphones, Audio Speakers. • Responsible for leaflet, Banners, and logos designs and printing • Responsible for advertisement • Responsible for inviting Media delegates (BBC, Aljazeera, etc….) • Responsible for inviting VIPs (including opening and Closing ceremonies delegates) • Head of Exhibition Team: • Arrange for the exhibition • Setup and dismantle the exhibition • Arrange and acquire all the required books, leaflets, CDs, DVDs. Posters, etc…. • Arrange for the exhibition shop, Calligraphy, Henna, etc… • Arrange all Timetables for Exhibition volunteers.

Responsibilities • Head of Finance Team: • Responsible for all the budgetary for the whole event. • Head of Speakers Team • Arrange for the speakers and confirm topics/dates • Arrange for School day event • Head of Logistics: • Arrange for All logistics • Responsible for Providing volunteers for all the activities. • Responsible for Delivery, Loading, unloading, Stores, etc… • Responsible for Setting up banners and distributing leaflets, etc…. • Responsible for Security, Safety, provide directions, etc…. • Event Reporting • Provide Summary reports of all the lectures • Provide daily reports on Exhibition • Provide reports on all the events including sports
