  1. A Journey from Fat to Fit The new normal system of work from home has staggered the lifestyle of many and has affected their health adversely. The scenarios were less or more the same pre COVID-19 talking in terms of physical health, but during COVID-19 it has affected people mentally as well. It's high time when you should start taking health on a serious note. You can earn a lot of money compromise your health, but the same money later you will have to invest on your health. So why not spend some time and money on your health right now. Why let diseases engulf you? Nip the evil in the bud. I was35 then when I weighed 68 and my health started deteriorating my thyroid worsen, my bone density was almost on the border and like this fat. Every time my jeans size would increase one size up and I kept on buying a big and bigger size. One night sitting and munching some chips I had this thought that buying big clothes is not the issue, I have to do something regarding this. The next day I went to the nearest gym and joined it. I exercised hard, changed my eating habits, and realized I was eating the wrong whole of my life. I thought getting slim only possible if I starve myself. I discovered that eating less is not the solution, rather it is eating more, and eating right is the key to lose those extra pounds. Working out right will make you fit and boost overall health. Of course, we all know the numerous benefits of exercise, but one has to stay focused and dedicated to achieve and feel the results. Now is the time…. It’s never too late Thinking it is difficult is not the solution, you have to keep the place healthy where you live and that is your BODY.
