  13. Allowed to take NCLEX without official transcript • ASBN must have official transcript to issue license • May hold issuance of license if other issues arise (i.e. complaint) Licensure of New Grads

  14. If there isn’t an active license (or temporary permit) displayed on the Registry Search, the nurse cannot work as a nurse (may work in an unlicensed position) Bottom Line
