  1. Relay for Life

  2. Food and Beverages/Prizes • Need list of donated prizes formatted as follows…1. iPod Shuffle from Staples2. One week gym pass from Goodlife3. etc. etc. • Need names/position of people that need to talk to Donald or Jane • Do you have a mode of transportation on the night of the Relay to get food and other items?

  3. Volunteers • Who has asked for volunteers? Have they been assigned? • Need confirmation that emails were received with more volunteers and requested positions confirmed.

  4. Headshave • Posters– are they up and where are they? • How many participants do we have? • Hair dresser confirmed and are they giving us a deal on styling girls’ hair the following day?

  5. Registration • Was email sent out to all team captains following Tuesday’s meeting? • Should have contained all info talked about at the meeting highlighting:  online fundraising  adopt a survivor bank nights and how they work team themes  prize incentives  bring cake or goodie jars the night of for cake walk

  6. Luminaries • How many have been sold? How many need to be sold? • Have any more tables been booked at Sobeys, Superstore, etc? • What supplies do you need from CCS? • Are we booking a room this year where participants/volunteers can come and help decorate luminaries?

  7. Activities • Need to finalize list after break when we have approximate schedule • Will have an individual meeting with activities committee

  8. Logistics- met previously this week, not here • Treasury- met previously this week, not here • Fight back- not attending

  9. Meetings Following the Break • You will get meeting times for the Relay for Life during the break or as soon as classes resume. EXPECT THREE MEETINGS. • One meeting will be held the night before Relay 100%. Mandatory attendance. • There will be a T-Shirt folding party at Jane’s house following the break.

  10. Post- Relay • Everyone is expected to get blackout on Saturday night after the Relay! Oh em gee!!
