  4. Space and Military Training Philosophy • Simulation first and foremost • Rehearse contingencies exhaustively • Practice ‘til perfect and then keep going • Crew Involvement

Aviation Training Philosophy • Educated, competent pilots will perform consistently in the field • Develop a solid academic foundation • Integrate world-class flight training • Integrate a airline style Level D simulation experience • Prepare students with crew based training and type rating in 737 • Provide systems and FMS training as part of their degree program

Conclusion • Military and Space training sets the standards for sustainable safety based programs in aviation • Integrated academics, flight training, and realistic simulation is crucial to pilot training success • Scenarios and prototypes and exhaustive testing are essential • Think futuristic in all we do
