  2. Art. 320. Instigation To Delinquency. • Active Subject: Whoever • publicly incites another to commit one or more offences • Passive Subject: Public Order • Psy.E: Intention (knowing & Willing)

  3. Art. 321. Instigation To Disobey The Laws. • Active Subject: Whoever • publicly incites another to disobey the laws relating to public order, or stir up hatred between the social classes, • Passive Subjedt: Public Order • Psy.E: Intention (Knowing and willing)

  4. Art. 322. Association Or Purpose Of Committing Crimes. Active Subject: Whoever ( Common Crime) Conduct: Where three or more persons associate for the purpose of committing more than one crime , those who promote, constitute or organize the association shall be punished. Passive Subject: Public Order Psy.E: Intention (Knowing and Willing)

  5. Art. 323. Security Measures. In the case of a conviction for the crime referred to in the preceding article, a security measure shall always be ordered.

  8. Art. 326. Intimidation of the Public. • Active Subject: Whoever • Conduct: threatens to commit crimes against public safety, or acts of devastation or pillage, so as to cause public panic, shall be punished • Passive Subject: Public Order • Psy.E: Intention (Knowing and Willing)

Giving False Alarm to Authorities. • Active Subject: Whoever, • Conduct: by announcing non-existing disasters, accidents or dangers, gives alarm to the Authorities or to Bodies or persons who carryon a public service, shall be punished • Passive Subject: Public Order • Psy.E: Intention (Knowing and Willing)

  10. Art. 328. (Publication or Circulation of False, Exaggerated or Tendentious News Capable of Disturbing Public Order). • Active Subjective: Whoever • Conduct: publishes or circulates false, exaggerated or tendentious news so as to disturb public order shall be punished, where the act does not constitute a more serious offence. • Passive Subject: Public Order • Psy.E: Intention (Knowing and Willing)
