  1. Overcome the Barriers of Learning and Networking on the Internet The Internet is the gateway to immense possibilities. The advent of the internet has made everyone a publisher. I find it amazing how people can now share their chunk of knowledge with the whole world from the comfort of their homes. All that’s required is for them to type or record on the screen and upload it on the web.

  2. It never ceases to amaze me how far we’ve come in the past few decades. All this has created a gargantuan virtual storehouse of content — text, audio, and video. You and I can read, listen, or watch and learn about just anything we want to. And there’s so much content for everything on the internet that it will be impossible for us to consume all of it in a lifetime. There is also an enormous pool of people who share the same interest as you; so much so that you wouldn’t bother knowing all of them. But some, of course. I have made some highly valuable connections on various platforms. Some of them ended up becoming friends, some became business partners, while others were excellent teachers. I can’t be thankful enough to how much value the internet has added to my life. This ability to connect with anyone around the world without having to move from our desk is probably one of the top benefits the Internet has showered upon us. It opens countless new doors for us when we connect with like-minded people. I can say it without a doubt that it is for the first time in human history that people all over the world are so well connected. It’s for the first time that accessing information has become a matter of a few clicks.

  3. But I still find many people who struggle to utilize the internet at its best. They fail to leverage the countless opportunities it offers. As far as I have analyzed, there are three primary reasons for that. Lack of Awareness About Our Interests Ask yourself, how many people have you come across who barely know what they are actually interested in? Maybe your name too echos in your mind as an answer. That happens. Many of us lack self-awareness about what we are interested in and what we want to do next in life. That is primarily because of two reasons: first, we do not explore the different types of things we can do and second, if we find something slightly interesting, we do not put in enough time to grow better at it. The latter eventually leads us to lose whatever bit of interest we develop in a particular thing.

  4. When we do not know what we are interested in, it gets difficult to use the internet to our favour. We do not feel the desire to learn anything, hence, missing out on a lot of opportunities. Information Overload Well, yes, too much irrelevant or useless information is only as good as no information at all. For example, many self-proclaimed gurus on the internet promise they’ll tell you the “exact formula” they used to earn 7 figures. Let me break it to you: most of these people themselves do not earn a seven-figure income. They just use that gimmick to fool you into buying their course or book a consultation with them that would help you get nowhere. Besides, there is also too much information available on the internet for every particular thing. And it’s scattered all over. To find something and decide what’s best to learn from and what’s not is another hectic and time taking procedure. Most wouldn’t want to delve into it.

  5. A platform that streamlines information and presents it to people in the form of sorted feed can go a long way in such a case. Difficulty Finding the Right People As of October 2019, there are 4.48 billion active users of the internet. That’s a lot of people, yes. And that’s a great thing unless you’re told to find like-minded people from that crowd. Some might end up finding too many of them while some would end up with none. Finding the right people on the internet can amplify people’s career, and I can vouch for that. I’ve always sought to connect with industry seniors who can guide me in the right direction. Not everyone you connect with may agree to help you — maybe most don’t — but even if one person does, that can boost your career in unexpected ways. But, well, searching those people on the internet isn’t a cakewalk.

  6. Search filters on social media platforms do help to some extent, but it would be far better if only a networking platform automatically suggested the right people to us based on our interest. Instead of us going to look for them, it would be the platform that brings their profile to us. Sounds amazing, doesn’t it? The Solution So, as I listed, there are three primary problems you face while trying to utilize the complete potential of the internet: 1. Lack of Awareness About Your Interests, 2. Information Overload, and 3. Difficulty Finding the Right People. The best solution would be a platform such as Wylo that helps you explore various topics based on what you have the slightest interest in. Then it also brings you the most relevant and interesting content related to those topics. The stressfree method of finding the best content would help you explore more about a particular topic without having to take the burden of searching relevant information by yourself.

  7. This further boosts your interest in that topic, which would go on to give you a direction to head in. Once you realize what you are actually interested in, it would be time for you to connect with like-minded people to learn from them and collaborate with them for bigger things. And guess what… Wylo also helps you easily do that. Even if you already know what you are interested in, the type of content you want and what people you want to connect with, Wylo is a platform where you can do all that in just a few clicks. Conclusion Leveraging the potential of the internet is a crucial factor for everyone in today’s time. And those who know how to best do it are the ones who stay ahead of others. So, it’s best if you get started now to make the most out of what the internet has to offer. Ready? Let’s do it.
