OBJECTIVE • The objective of the task team is to advise the steering committee on which function will be delegated to the CMA -this exclude the inherent and the initial functions. • Co-chaired by Chief Director Legal Services and Chief Director Institutional Oversight • Task team makes recommendation to the NSC which then submits it to Top Management for approval

  3. FUNCTIONS OF THE TASK TEAM Recommends to the National Steering Committee which water resource management functions will be delegated to the CMAs and the time frame. Develop an implementation plan which provides clear guidance on the timeframe, responsibility and the enabling environment support to ensure that the delegations will be transferred or delegated to the CMA Coordination of non delegated function, developing a communication protocol/business process .
