  1. Who we are • Co-Chairs: Natalia Lladó Calderón & Umar Sheikh • Our committee is composed of 23 representatives from groups in student government, umbrella organizations, and several other groups. • Our groups: • APSC, AIS, Class Boards, CHAC, IFC, Kite & Key Society, Lambda Alliance, LC, MGC, Panhellenic Council, PAC, PCUW, Political Coalition, PRISM, SPEC, SAAC, SAC, UA, UMC, and UMOJA

  2. Mission • Tangible Change was created to allow student leaders to come together and create events that enliven the Penn community. • Our mission is to foster events that bring disparate communities together and encourage collaboration between groups, especially groups that would be unlikely to collaborate.

  3. Our funding • T-Change gets $40,000 a year from VPUL. • Because our money comes directly from VPUL, we have more… • discretion in our funding decisions • freedom from the political mandates imposed by student government groups.

  4. Funding Guidelines • No parties, closed events, speaker’s events, fundraisers or events with alcohol present. • Events hosted in collaboration by student groups or that are geared towards bringing together different communities. • Last source of funding. • Itemized budget. • All publicity materials of events co-sponsored by T-Change must have the Tangible Change name and logo. • Do not fund retroactively.

  5. How to apply • Our website: http://www.dolphin.upenn.edu/tchange/ • Download the application in the “Application” tab at the top of the page. • Submit it to tchange@dolphin.upenn.edu • Must submit AT LEAST 24hours prior to our last meeting before your event will occur.

  6. Questions? • Contact us at upenntchange@gmail.com
