Develop the HR function within RM Landscape. Streamline and develop the capacity to oversee all aspects of recruiting, hiring, talent management, people development, bi-lingual communications, and succession planning in order to unite a diverse workforce and build a high performing team.  Ensure the financial viability of the organization. Know our cost to serve and price accordingly. Selectively choose customers and suppliers. Continue to finance from within and invest in people and growth.   Grow a Values-Based Culture defined by decentralization and empowerment. Standardize the culture across all RM locations in order to build a unified organization.   Expand into new markets and capture a greater portion of the market through the strategic promotion and expansion of all our services.   Elevate all aspect of our work to include quality and safety. Team members are disciplined to follow established procedures.  Ensure all SOPs are relevant and followed across all locations.
