  2. We’re Investigating Because… • CF communities are experiencing change. • There is a vast area for MFRCs to cover. (New Brunswick and PEI) • We want to learn more about your family’s needs. • We want to learn more about the unique trends across New Brunswick and PEI. • We need to have up to date information on how we can meet the needs of families of today.

  3. We Can Serve You Better By… • Generating a fair representation of what the military family’s unique challenges are and help to manage the stress associated with these challenges. • Developing a better understanding of what the needs are in your local area. • Identifying trends which in turn will provide a what works well, and what may need more attention. • Fostering an active and meaningful participation of CF families. • Contributing to the operational effectiveness of the CF by strengthening CF families and communities.

You Provide The Clues By… • Being a voice for military families. • Filling out the survey with members of your family. • Providing MFRCs with relevant, up to date information about family needs and the support you require. • Sharing with us some of your personal experiences and/or challenges. We recognize that families come in all shapes and sizes. MFRC’s provides an opportunity for families who have a loved one serving to come together in a supportive environment

Who We Serve… • Regular force CF members. • Spouse, children, youth (up to and including the age of 18) and parents of regular force CF members. • Full time reserve CF members. • Spouse, children, youth (up to and including the age of 18) and parents of full-time reserve CF members. • Reserve CF members prior, during, and after deployment. • Spouse, children, youth (up to and including the age of 18) and parents of reserve CF members prior, during and after deployment.

Here’s What You Do… • Fill out the survey with members of your family; the bilingual survey is available in two formats; either online or paper copy. • The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. • All participants will be entered into a draw for a $100 gift card. There will be separate draws for each respective area (Moncton, Northern NB, PEI, Fredericton, Woodstock, Saint John, Edmundston / Grand Falls) • Participation is from October 22nd to November 23rd 2012. • Feel free to ask for clarification or new information throughout your participation of the survey. We are here to answer your questions.
