CFS AD&I Work Accomplished • Current Drawing Set Reviewed with all Area Systems Representatives • Changes have been Identified and Reconciled with all Area Systems • Americas Cost Estimate (Based on Current Drawing Set Provided for ALCPG 09) has been Given to the Cost Group as well as the Costs for Tunnel Alternative Study and Corrected RDR Baseline Costs. European Region Provided Cost Information for the Single Tunnel Alternatives as well. • 3D Drawing Effort was Reviewed with Asian Region Beginning 3D Drawing Efforts. M+W Zander has Developed a Working Proficiency in the 3D Drawing Process with Responsibility for Mechanical Systems. CERN will Continue Responsibility for Enclosure Drawings • Although No Time was Available for Discussion of Regarding Writing Assignments for the AD&I Proposal Document, CFS Video/Webex Meetings will be Used to Complete this Effort 2

  4. CFS AD&I Work/Questions Remaining • N. Collomb will Adjust Autocad Base Drawing and Reconcile with Available Lattices and Forward to CFS within Two Weeks • CFS will Revise the Base Drawing Set to Reflect Changes Identified at ALCPG 09 One Week After receiving Information from N. Collomb • Americas Cost Estimate will Need to be Revised to Incorporate Changes Decided at ALCPG 09 • The CFS Group STRONGLY Supports Freezing the Revised Drawing Set as the Layout to be Included in the AD&I Proposal • While the Americas Region Cost Estimate will be Complete in Time for the AD&I Proposal, it is Unlikely that Complete Cost Information for the European and Asian Regions will be Available • For the Purpose of the AD&I Proposal is the CFS Group to Develop Three Sample Site Solutions Each with Their Preferred Life Safety and RF System ?? 2
