The War that Changed the World

This analysis explores the demographic and industrial landscape at the onset of World War II, highlighting the conquest of France by Germany in 1940 and the formation of the Axis powers, which included Austria. The Blitzkrieg tactics employed by Germany showcased the use of motorized vehicles and mass tank formations, allowing German infantry to effectively support armored divisions. Such strategies revolutionized warfare, contrasting sharply with the Allies' division of tank units. The role of Stuka dive bombers in providing artillery support and the strategic military strength in the Pacific theater are also examined.
