  2. What all materials do you need? • Pencil • Sand Paper • Ruler • Pieces of Wood • Paint • Hand saw • Wood glue • Painter’s tape

  3. Measure the wood and mark the pieces. • Cut 8 pieces of wood- the sides, back, base, and pencil divider. • Piece A: Side should be 3’’ in width x 3.5” in height • Piece B: Side should be 3” in width x 3.5” in height • Piece C: Front should be 3.5” in width x 3.5” in height • Piece D: Base should be 13” in width x 3.5” in height • Piece E: Back should be 13” in width x 3.5” in height • Piece F: Central divider should be 9.5” in width x 2.5” in height • Piece G: Front should be 9.5” in width x 1.5” in height • Piece H: Side should be 3.5” in width x 3.75” in height.

  4. Once the pieces have been cut, you need to rub the edges with the sandpaper. Assemble pieces A, B, and C. Paste A and B on either side of C to make ‘U’ shape.

  5. Apply glue to the bottom of the holder and fix it onto D. The front should align with D’s front edge.

  6. Apply glue to the bottom edge of E. Stick E on D to cover the back of the holder. Add glue to the long edge of F and stick on the center of D. Fix G on the front and H on the only open side of the organizer.

  7. Use painter’s tape before you paint. Let the paint dry and remove the tape.
