This innovative project, led by Stephen Williams from Coleg Sir Gâr, aims to enhance key skills at Level 1 among school pupils and strengthen cross-school learning links. Through a BBC-produced website, celebrities share insights on key skills in engaging interviews, with over 300 interviews available for exploration. Coedcae and Glan-y-Môr schools are actively involved, with students and staff benefiting from mentorship programs and access to valuable resources to upskill in key procedures. The initiative also promotes improved collaboration between schools and colleges, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. By leveraging the website as a tool for skill development, this project seeks to empower students and educators alike in honing their key skills and achieving academic success.
