Let’s practice s.t.a.r. • Think of a question that you’ve been asked in an interview • Recall the story you used • Write down your bullet points under S, T, A and R • Share your story with your neighbor, but DO NOT TELL THEM WHAT QUESTION YOU ARE ANSWERING • Your neighbor will share what question or theme in which they think your story would best apply • Switch roles
