  1. Degradation of organic solar cellsWenbin Li Xiaoyuan HouSurface Physics Laboratory (National Key Laboratory), Fudan University, Shanghai 200433, China Organic solar cells hold promise for future low-cost electrical power generation. However, before they can be commercially used, it is necessary to obtain a better life time. A typical I-V curve of organic solar cell The S-shape degradation The charge accumulation may result in the S-shape I-V curve. The response of the photon with different wavelength under different external bias. The transient photo current indicate that the degradation didn’t influence the D/A interface but the transporting of the charge.
