  26. Value of Working Together

  27. 3 tons is the weight a horse can drag or pull by itself.

  28. How Much? Now…think of 2 horses pulling one sled with a larger weight. How much do you think that combined weight can be?

  29. 6 tons? • 9 tons? • 12 tons? • 18 tons? • 21 tons?

  30. A “Team” of 2 horses can pull… 23 tons !!

  31. What if the job, task or challenge you face happens to be a "9" or an "18" or even a "23“? If you have to do it alone, isn't it going to exhaust you, wear you out and maybe eventually defeat you? No wonder we start so many things we never complete. They just seem to overwhelm us. After a while we can become cynical and depressed and even give up trying new things. We stop talking to our teammates.

  32. Good Positioning is being in the right position at the right time… and…having a “Team”

  33. Positioning • Where we stand in respect to current & relevantevents… • Being in the right position at the right time. • Teamwork – working together • Planning & training today for tomorrow.

  34. May 2013 …or another word for “tomorrow”
