  3. The Yellow Zone Symptoms: Eating big meals Not being satisfied after eating small healthy meals Struggling to lose any weight

  4. If you’re experiencing above, it’s most likely that your band is too loose. Contact us quickly for an adjustment, as any delay might result in weight regain.
