  3. TASC A et B Gold standard = endovascular

  4. TASC C & D • Bypass = gold standard • Hybrid or endovascular procedures = option in high risk patients

  5. Open Surgery • Technique : endarterectomy, patch angioplasty or bypass • Aortobifemoral bypass • 89% patency rate at 5 years if the SFA is patent • 72% patency rate at 5 years if the SFA is occluded

  7. ENDOVASCULAR RESULTS Primary Patency : 84,5 et 85,6 %
