  2. HSS Office of Health, Safety and Security 10 CFR 851 • “Worker Safety and Health Program” Rule required final implementation May 25, 2007. • Applies to ALL contractors on DOE site and working in furtherance of DOE mission. • Contains S&H requirements

HSS Office of Health, Safety and Security Workplace Safety and Health • Security Force personnel have the same rights for a safe and healthful workplace as other contractor or federal workers • DOE and the Security Force contractor have spent considerable resources to hire and train personnel • Want to keep the Force accident free
