Workshop session • In pairs – 20 min • Describe the chosen domain within your organisation. • Explore the meaning of ‘systems engineering’ in your organisation • In groups - 30 minutes • Discuss the effectiveness of systems engineering practice in your organisation in practice • Identify any gaps between expected practice (espoused theory) and actual practice (theory in action) • Identify areas for improvement • In full session – 30 minutes • Report back on areas of good and weak practice • Brainstorm improvements in SE practice
