  3. Objective of Kickoff Meeting To have the same perception of all parties regarding the project • Review and validate the Project Objective and scope • Present the assessment methodology and project phase • Introduce the Project Organization and Structure • Discuss next steps of the activity

Executive Summary Background • To support UNHAS's vision and mission to develop international standard University by creating student-centered learning environment, improving the quality of research, and community development • To provided better availability and continuity for UNHAS IT system as well as anticipate a capacity growth and support future needs in UNHAS. • To support efficiency, reliability access and communications across UNHAS sites.

Project Assumption • FO connection is ready to be used. • Internet links are ready to be used. • UNHAS will provide required physical and logical access nor information needed by vendors. • Gedung Rektorat level 4 will be used as the data center in this project. UNHAS will prepare the room which designated for SMDC installation. • Network cabling will be provided by UNHAS. • The Coverage hours for these Services and support will be from 08.00 am to 05.00 pm Western Indonesian Time from Monday through Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays in Makassar area.

What’s Next IBM and partners will: • Monitor device delivery process. • Detail and Comprehensive Site Survey • Finalize and submit design document. • Taking care of work permit and any other pre-requisite document prior to enter the implementation phase. UNHAS will: • Provide ID card and access permit which needed by IBM team to work in the UNHAS. • Ensure building readiness • Provide detail location for access switches placement. • Review and approve final design document.
