This project, supported by the European Social Fund and the EQUAL initiative, focuses on enhancing gender mainstreaming (GM) across various institutions in Poland. By providing significant training and resources, UNDP aims to ensure GM is integrated into all EU-funded projects. Key activities include tailored workshops, the creation of a facilitators network, and the translation of essential GM manuals into Polish. With a reach of over 1,500 individuals and 94 project teams, the initiative is poised to foster inclusive practices and strengthen gender equality in community development.
