  4. FEDBID • To Compete you must have a FedBid Account and a BPA in good standing • FedBid.com • Email Notification of all Request for Quotes (RFQs) • Reverse Auction (Lead/Lag) • Vendor pays a small fee to FedBid upon successful award (0 – 3%)
