Kitchen Cleanliness Expectations for Period 6 Class

On September 16, 2011, we addressed ongoing cleanliness issues in the Period 6 kitchen. Dishes were left unwashed and cluttered, with significant messes on the dirty side of the sink, including crumbs and missing stand mixer parts. As a consequence, our cooking activities will be suspended for the first two weeks of the semester. This will be a strictly cleaning class, focusing on maintaining a tidy kitchen environment. Please remember to follow all cleanliness protocols to ensure a successful cooking experience later.
