  3. Background • Started in February , 2005 at EDC mtg • Continued work in June, 2005 at EDC mtg during STLHE

  4. We identified: • Topics • Specific content • Formats ….for our own professional development needs over the next several years (2005-2010)

  5. Today’s Focus: How/what have we done so far? What can we do in the future? • For existing theme, career stages • What themes or career stages to add? • What else to add or make note of?

  6. Introducing…. EDC: Our living plan We are nearing the end of the ‘5 years’. We have done a lot, but not all of it!!

  7. What are we changing? • We have shifted from a yearly chart to a more holistic (and realistic?) format • 2. We want the document to also be a resource to showcase your work
