  3. 10th – Letter of school choice posted on website, available to community. 19th– Transition meeting with feeder schools. 26th – Course offering advertisements 28th – Start of Senior SEOP’s 28th – HS & MS openings (including CC critical positions). September 2012

  4. 1st – PTC transition sessions & information(choice, permits, eligibility). 17th -31st Junior, Sophomore, and Freshman SEOP’s 24th – Closure of HS/MS openings & CC critical positions. 30th – Middle school orientation October 2012

  5. 1st – Deadline for choice permits & athletic eligibility 6th – Middle school Q & A by counseling 7th to 8th – Senior (current 11th) request window through English classes. 9th to 12th – Junior (current 10th) request window through English classes. 13th – Counselors at middle schools 15th to 16th – Sophomore (current 9th) & Freshman (current 8th) requests. 21st to December 21st – Course sections & teacher assignments 30th – HS & MS (3 day) transfer window November 2012

  6. 3rd Deadline for retirement bonus (classified & certified). 10thto 19th – Department chair meetings (request, FTE assessment). 15th Voluntary transfer teacher fair 19th– Department recommended schedules deadline. * All month – updating paperwork for online scheduling. December 2012

  7. 2nd to February 15th – Course master schedule building 2nd to February 15th – Online scheduling paperwork deadline & sent to print. January 2013

  8. 4th Website update & communication blitz for online scheduling. 19th to 27th – Online scheduling “Beta Run” 25th to 26th – Online scheduling information meetings (current 11th). 27th – 2nd Communication blitz for scheduling. 28thto March 7th – Online scheduling window (current 11th). 28th – Lab night 3:30-5:30pm (current 11th) February 2013

  9. 7th – final day of 1st scheduling window (current 11th) 8th – Communication blitz for online scheduling (current 10th) 11th to 12th – Online scheduling information meetings (current 10th). 14th to 21st – Online scheduling window (current 10th) 14th – Communication to current 9th & 8th graders 19th – Counselors at Middle Schools for scheduling information visits. March 2013

  10. 1st– Communication blitz for current 9th & 8th grade students. 4th to 11th – Online scheduling window (current 8th & 9th grade students). April 2013

  11. 15th – Auditions /Performance tryouts MUST be completed. NO STUDENTS WILL BE ADDED TO COURSES AFTER THIS DATE. 16th – Communication blitz for 2nd online scheduling window. All grades 17th to 23rd – Online scheduling window (2nd) for all grades. May 2013

  12. June – Mailers home for summer packet June – Website & marquee updated for online scheduling & registration. August 1st to 5th – Online registration window (3rd) all grades. June, July, & August 2013
