IEEE CIS DLP Sub-comittee

The IEEE CIS Distinguished Lecturer Program (DLP) is actively engaging its new committee members by assigning specific roles. Requests for Distinguished Lecturers have been promptly addressed within 48 hours. The DLP website has been updated quickly with new information. A call for DL nominations will be publicized soon. In July, a proposal will be circulated for selecting new Distinguished Lecturers for 2015-2017, which will undergo discussion and refinement among committee members. Funding is still available to sponsor approximately 8 more lecturers, with preliminary talks for 3 additional ones.
