What is cyber bullying? • "Cyber bullying" is when a child, preteen or teen is tormented, threatened, harassed, humiliated, embarrassed or otherwise targeted by another child, preteen or teen using the Internet, interactive and digital technologies or mobile phones. http://www.stopcyberbullying.org/lawenforcement/telling_the_difference.html

  3. Two Kinds of cyber bullying Direct Attack Cyber Buying by proxy • Someone directly sending messages to the victim. • Usually using someone to help with bullying .   6. WHAT LAWS DO WE HAVE? • Some States in the United do have laws against Cyber Bullying. However the laws are not enough to control Cyber bullying in the 21st Century. • However we more strict laws.

What's being done to help! • New Jersey • New Jersey has always maintained tough laws about bullying, but it wasn't until 2007 that the laws were amended to include bullying via "electronic communication."
