  1. WeTip University Sign up for WeTip University by registering via email or FAX with Sue Mandell, WeTip National Director. Once your registration is received and acknowledged you can go to Step 1, Training Module One. Module one consists of a “How it Works” powerpoint presentation, (view in notes page mode), school safety video #1, materials review and quiz #1. When Training Module one is completed, Fax or email the completed quiz to Suemandell@wetip.com or 909 987-2477. After completion of Module 1, begin Module 2, which consists of “What Happens Next” powerpoint presentation (view in Notes Page Mode) School Safety Video #2, materials review and quiz #2. When Training Module two is completed, Fax or email the completed quiz to Suemandell@wetip.com or 909 987-2477. After completion of Module 2, begin Module 3, which consists of “Implementing the WeTip Program” powerpoint presentation (view in Notes Page Mode) Juvenile Arson Video and WeTip Video Combination, materials review and quiz #3. When Training Module three is completed, Fax or email the completed quiz to Suemandell@wetip.com or 909 987-2477. When all three Modules have been completed and each quiz has been submitted to Sue Mandell, a Certificate of Completion will be issued to the student with a notice of completion will be submitted to the JPA Administrator.
