  8. CONTROL INICIAL: teoría acerca de la naturaleza jurídica del proceso; presupuestos de existencia y validéz; el debido proceso; principios formativos y Mensaje del CPC. Se tomará el 15 de Marzo, en horario de clases. Tendrá una ponderación de un 5 % PRIMERA PRUEBA PARCIAL: Se tomará el 4 de Mayo, en horario de clases. Escrita ; Ponderación: 25 % PRUEBA DEPARTAMENTAL: Fijada en la Programación Académica para el lunes 10 de Mayo, en horario que fije la Dirección de la Escuela. Ponderáción: 30 % (su modalidad se informará oportunamente, pero será acumulativa) % EVALUACIÓN DE FIN DEL SEMESTRE: Se tomará el 12 DE Junio. Su ponderación será de un 40 % Evaluaciones

  9. EL AÑO DE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS El programa de este año comprende el estudio de los procedimientos civilesmás importantes. CUANDO NOS ENCONTREMOS AGOBIADOS POR LOS - PLAZOS -ACTUACIONES -REQUISITOS -FORMALIDADES, etc., etc., etc., etc. ¡Traten de no ovlidar, que todo esto sólo tiene sentido en función del DEBIDO PROCESO LEGAL
