Authorities • Names in French and English • USB uses French form for personal, corporate and meeting names where it is different from the English name • UML uses English form of names for all materials • Subjects in French and English • USB uses RVM exclusively • UML uses LC Subjects & CSH or MAN

Letters & Notifications • Problems: • Many letters did not have French Translations out of the box • Customized Translations in Letters were not all working • Salutations were still English(Fixed in April Release of Alma) • One Institution wants to use letters for a function, the other doesn’t want them
